What you pay for

Letting rooms. Not properties, not users, not residents. A six-room house is £29.94 a month whether it is full or empty, because the compliance work on a room does not stop when somebody moves out.

Support workers cost nothing. Invite as many as the account needs. Charging per seat would mean an owner deciding whether a worker is worth a licence, and the answer to that should never be no.

The first month

30 days, everything working, no card. At the end of it the account keeps everything it holds and stops accepting new records until a card is added — nothing is deleted and nothing is hidden, because the records are yours and some of them are a resident’s medical history.

What is not charged for

Setup. Support. The documents themselves — every form in the pack is included, however many you produce. There is no contract and no notice period; cancelling is a button in My business.
